An In-Person Poetry Workshop
As part of the Write ME project, poet Annaliese Jakimides will lead a free epistolary poetry workshop. Please register by clicking on the button below.
Jakimides writes, “In this workshop, we'll explore the wide variety of epistolary (letter!) forms in poetry and write funny, sad, brilliant poems to friends and family, wolves and seed pods, world leaders, the living and the dead (the possibilities are endless).”
Annaliese Jakimides’s prose and poetry have been published in magazines, journals, and anthologies, including Alive to This (2024), The Memory Palace (2024), and the award-winning Breaking Bread: Essays from New England on Food, Hunger, and Family (2023), and cited in national competitions. Her work has been broadcast on NPR, and included in both the anthology and CD recordings of its This I Believe series.
Please note: this workshop was rescheduled from 10/26 to 11/23.
