A Poetry Workshop
Level: All Levels
Join Katherine Hagopian Berry for a one-day writing workshop at Beaver Pond in scenic Bridgton, Maine. Building on her work with the Writing the Land project, Hagopian Berry will help participants find inspiration through listening to their environment. The day will begin with a gentle hike and include two generative workshops in the morning. Following lunch, the afternoon will focus on a series of response circles and a sharing opportunity in the afternoon. The pond will be available for swimming or kayaking/canoeing at your discretion. Please bring a bagged lunch. Poets are also invited to make a day of it and camp overnight if they would like.
+ PLEASE NOTE This workshop will occur in-person in Bridgton, Maine outdoors—please dress accordingly. Raindate will be the following Saturday, September 17th.
Katherine Hagopian Berry (she/her) has appeared in the Café Review, SWWIM, and Feral among other places.
