SUBMISSION DETAILS (*Please read carefully)
Building on the excitement and momentum we’ve experienced with The Peavey, our members-only weekly e-newsletter, the MWPA is launching a new monthly e-newsletter called Ex Libris Maine, which will replace the “Recently Released” section of The Peavey.
Ex Libris Maine will exclusively profile recently released books by MWPA members—both individual and institutional members—and it will be sent to a large group of recipients, including the MWPA membership, literary organizations, bookstores, libraries, and media outlets. Inclusion in Ex Libris Maine is free for MWPA members.
To submit a book to Ex Libris Maine, please send us all the information requested below in an attached Word document—NOT in the body of an email. All of the information and attachments must be sent in a single email Joshua Bodwell with the subject line “Ex Libris Maine Submission.” *Please note that Ex Libris Maine only features books published within a two-month window—for example, the March edition will feature titles published in either March or February (i.e., books that were published in January or earlier will not be accepted).
1. GENRE (Select one of the following genres only: Fiction, Crime Fiction, Speculative Fiction, Nonfiction, Memoir, Poetry, Children’s, Young Readers/Young Adult, Anthology)

Independent Bookseller Discounts
Three times a year (in March, July, and November), all MWPA members receive an e-coupon that offers significant discounts at independent bookstores throughout Maine.
